This privacy policy describes personal data collected or generated (processed) when using the EMCOMM WEBSITE websites AND mobile applications. It also explains how your personal data is used, shared and protected, what choices you have in relation to your personal data, and how you can contact us.

8. Delivery and return



Delivery will be between 2 to 16 days from Monday to Friday, within the time set for our working hours.

The buyer is asked to communicate an email address, where it can be found in this time frame, as well as a telephone number where it can be contacted by our colleagues.

Delivery time varies depending on the customization of the ordered products: It is communicated to you at the time of placing the order, but also in the confirmation mail. EMCOMM SHOT makes every effort to deliver them within the specified range.

ATTENTION: When you begin the process of reimbursement for the services provided, an addendum will be signed in which all the materials delivered to you from EMCOMM SHOT, they will no longer be in your possession and you will no longer have ownership rights over the digital materials provided, after the ownership transfer contract becomes invalid.

Any change in the product status compared to the way the modification of the original material was delivered by third parties makes it impossible to return the product and refund it.

You may request the refund and return of our products within 15 days of the date of delivery.

All the products you return must be in the same state as you received them. We cannot accept products on which unauthorized interference has been carried out or which have been modified by you.

When you contact us for your return and refund you can write us an email indicating to us the bank account where we will deposit the amount of the products. When receiving products, the refund process will begin.
The money is transferred to the customer's account within 14 working days, depending on the bank. The 14 days are calculated from the time the return is processed.
